Address Fields not Populated

Hi, I remember seeing a post a while back about problems where the shoppers details are passed onto the PSP, but I cannot find it.

I am using HSBC ePayments and all goes well until I select a different delivery address to the invoice address. What happens is, after I place the order HSBC shows me the completed order but the address fields are all empty.

Is there a way around this or can I set it up so that they cannot choose a separate address?
