Errors

I was wondering if somebody could explain what this error message means:

Program = ORDERSCR- Program version = 421 - HTTP Server = Apache/1.3.26 (Unix) PHP/4.2.2- Return code = 999 - Date and Time = 2003/03/04 10:42- Internal Errors = SetCallBack called

It is in the error log on our server.

The reason I ask is that it appears about the same time a customer has dropped out before completing their order.

I am worried that there is an error preventing checkout on some browsers.

I am limited to testing in Mac Internet Explorer and Netscape and the same on the PC. I cannot check AOL browsers.

Can you help further?
