Date format

My date format when printed on the customer order confirmation email is in the British format even though my PC is set to the American format within the Control Panel - Regional Options. How can I make sure the email is in the American format (mm dd yy)?

Hi there,

Please go to 'Design | Text' click 'Go to' and enter 1912 and click OK. Change the date format to 'mm/dd/yy' and again click 'Go to' and enter 2247 and click OK. Change the date format there as well. Now Apply changes and check the results.

This should solve your problem.
