Actinic Link for Sage - another problem!

Got a problem whereby for a few products the Vat Rate Code on the Sage invoice shows as 0.00 when it should be 17.5.

The product in Actinic has the correct VAT code and the product in Sage also has the correct VAT code.

When I create an invoice directly in Sage for one of these products it shows the correct Vat Rate Code in the invoice.

This only happens when an invoice has been exported from Actinic to Sage and so far has only happened on 2 products - with many others being fine.

Any ideas?

Kathy, thanks for posting the details of this issue. The order transfers with the correct details in the Item line within the invoice/sales order and the VAT amounts and tax codes are correctly assigned, however as discussed Sage Line 50 seems to display 0.00 rate for some reason on some of the reports. I'm not 100% sure ATM what the reason is for this but we are investigating the issue as a high priority.
