Importing Customer Message

Hi all
I am trying to import the customer message, under the prices tab,
I originally thought it was Price text in the import sections, but that imported it under the Prompts Price field.

Is it possible to import the customer message aka NETQUOTEVAR:PRICEEXPLANATION

I'm not too clear which field you mean. Where do you see it on the Product Detals?

If you mean the Price prompt that is usually "Price:" then this is the field "Price text" in both the Hierarchical and Flat File imports.

The Customer Message is imported as part of a 'Price' row in a hierarchical import file.

You can see how this works by entering sample information into Actinic and then going to 'File | Export' and looking at the results.
