Accessing Pending OCC - just got worse!

Following on from earlier post, now find that we cannot access any order lines at all. The orders are listed but the "view order" button will not work. However, they will print out.

Everything had been ok for about the first 4 days, then all gone pear-shaped today.

Earlier issue was annoying but survivable. This is drop dead!

Urgent help would be appreciated.

Try compacting your database, you might have a corrupt database.

Also check that you have catalog maintenance switched on (business settings/options) and also make sure that you don't have bypass catalog order processing checked (business settings/orders)

The only time that I have seen these buttons greyed out is when there is no order selected but this doesn't sound like your scenario.
