Hi
We want to have a basic shipping charge of £4.75 per order but if the total value of the order is over £75 we want to offer free postage. How do we do it?
Thanks for any help

Business Settings -> Shipping and Handling.
If you make a shipping zone of the countries you ship to then add two shipping classes. One class needs to be set at Order Value £0.00 Cost £4.95, the second needs to be set at Order Value £75.00 Cost £0.00 - On the left side of the shipping info set the calculation value to total weight.

Shouldn't that be total value?

Sorry, I did mean calculate on total value.
You will also need to set excess to take the highest value in the shipping table.

I have done this but all it gives is a drop down list to choose from rather than doing it automatically...
Am I doing something wrong?

Here's another approach.
Change the 'calculation basis' back to 'Simple' and enter a cost of 4.75. Then, tick the 'free over' box and enter £75.00 in the field provided.
