VAT in Cart Table

Morning All,

Does anybody know whether or not it is possible to remove the VAT line from the cart table and have the value quoted for each individual product VAT inclusive?

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hi,

You could put the VAT inclusive price into the products and then set the software not to charge VAT (View | Business Settings | Tax | Simple Tax | Untick 'Include Tax 1'). To show on the product pages that the prices include VAT you would have to edit the product line template(s) that you use (Advanced | Template Manager | Section tab | Product Line button) and find:

NETQUOTEVAR:PRODUCTPRICE

and add something like '(including VAT)' after it.

Hi - I have just had a similar question from a client of mine. If I was to do this I assume the following:

1. The shipping costs would also have to be set-up as VAT inclusive.
2. A seperate VAT line will not be displayed on the invoice.

Could you confirm that this is correct?
