Can the WinXP SP2 service pack « security » features cause problems when uploading a site ?
Since I « disable » all security features, my site seems to work correctly (see my posting 4-5 messages below). Or it's just a coincidence...

Hi there

With Windows XP, it has a firewall included with the operating system. The error your are getting with your other thread, suggests that the firewall is preventing you from creating a .cart file.
There was a bug with the software regarding the firewall which was fixed in 5.1.4. I would suggest in upgrading your software to 5.1.6, then you should not get this problem.
