Ok,
Was wondering why suddenly we were only getting UK orders. If one of your payment options is limited to a specific location, then the ordering system limits you to the smallest country sub set.

Thought this was a bit weird.

By sub set do classes?

I've just tested this out and my shipping charges worked as expected. It sounds like it's the way you have configured your shipping which is causing the problems.

How have you configured your tables?
