Login Error

I am just in the initial stages of setting up Actinic Business V7, I have uploaded my site to a test area just test login, however when I login I get the following error;

'document.forms[...].USER.value' is null or not an object

I have definately added a user and added a second user to test it, also have changed user names and passwords to ensure that all details are correct.

I have changed the primary template but kept all original actinic fields and just wrapped my own html around it.

any ideas???

I've never come across this error before :eek:
