"Payment Service provider fails to register" error on upload

I get a message
"payment service provider, Worldpay, failed to register properly, Class ID (then a string of numbers)

This happens when I try to preview the site or upload it.

Previously I had copied the site 1 folder onto a CD to work on it out of the office.

This morning I re-copied the files back and got this message when uploading.

Help would be much appreciated.

Check you don't have 'read-only' set on your 'Site1' folder or on any of the files folders within it (particularly the 'CommonOCC\Output' folder).
