Mulitple orders help!!

I have a site http://www.stikup.co.uk/acatalog/index.html
My client keeps saying that his customers are ordering more than 1 item when they only want 1. He says that the site is putting extra ones into the shopping cart and that people who want 1 are getting 5, 2 or 3. The latest customer who has just rung in their order (whose husband is an computer expert!) said it would not let them order less than 2! Would you mind seeing if when adding to the cart you get more than 1 added. I can't see how they can be doing it, without adding to the cart twice.
Please spare a few mins of you time. Have I got a dodgey cookie.

I've just added 1 item then another 1 and then 6 without problems

No problems here either. If you are worried, then maybe comment out the

<INPUT TYPE=SUBMIT VALUE="NETQUOTEVAR:CONFIRMLABEL" NAME=ACTION>

line in Act_OrderDetail.html to remove the 'confirm and pay later' button so that people can only go straight to the checkout rather than back to the store after ordering one. The reason for this is that your customers might be thinking the only way to go to the checkout is to click the 'Add to Cart' button again.
