information text link customization

I'm running a framed catalog, and need to make the 'Information Text Link' "_parent" or "_blank" - this is really important - or else it will look so crappy.

Please guide me :D

Test it carefully as this line is also used for the for the Popup windows Javascript call. I had a quick look and having a redundant " target=_blank" doesn't seem to hurt there.

just for the record, if other people want to use this very useful information, remember to make it target="_blank" (norman accidently placed the " in the wrong spot)
