Last night I changed a lot of items to quantity dependant pricing for orders of 2 or more items i gave a £0.50 reduction
This is displayed OK on the web page example
http://www.internet-workwear.co.uk/acatalog/Overalls___Two_Piece_Workwear.html
W101 where the two prices are shown, but if i click only one item i get the discounted price instead of the full price.
Other area's I have had this facility for months like Work Gloves appear to work OK
Undertaken full and partial updates but no change
any help appreciated

Hi there
Could I see a screenshot of your 'Prices' tab (showing the 'Min' field) for a faulty product - just to ensure there is nothing wrong with your settings.

Thanks chris
I have tried many things to no avail.
If I change the settings to min 10 it still shows the lowest price for 1 item.
When I put another discount value in i.e.
£15.00 for 1
£14.00 for 2
£13.00 for 10
For an order of 1 it shows £14.00
For an order of 11 it shows £13.00
The old untouched items under work gloves appear to work OK, just the Alexandra dresses, Tunics, Workwear and Overalls which I changed last night to quantity dependant pricing

Hmmm
I just tried this on 6.1.5 and it worked fine. Can I ask you to delete all *.cat and *.fil files from your 'Site1' and your 'acatalog' folder and then do a 'Web | Refresh Website'. I'm wondering if it is just some incorrect configuration files on your server.

Chris
The fact that some of your products work, but some of them don't, indicate to me that this problem is going to need more investigation. Can I ask you to register an email support query at http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.html and the team will ask for your snapshot and get cracking on figuring out what is wrong.

Chris I sent my problem as suggested Thursday week and had a reply from Suresh Babu on number 37723.
He gave me a idiots guide to how to do quality discounts which if he had read my problem he would have known i already new, but after contacting him with 3 emails trying to explain the problem I have had not one reply.
With no reply I have deleated my Actinic site and re-installed it importing the snapshot but still get the same problem.
Can you help please as this is not the normall service we have come to expect

Hi there
I have passed on your comments to the Support Manager. We will endeavour to get this sorted out as quickly as possible for you.
I am actually working from Suresh's office at the moment so I will see him today and talk about the matter. I think a developer needs to look at your database as there is some corruption there.
