Evaluation Copy Settings

Hi,
Have just worked out the store and we were ready to upload but thought we would upload to our own hosting space. Anyway turns out we can't as it doesn't accept cgi or something so now require to use the free evaluation hosting.
However we didnt save the original settings for this so can someone please tell me what they are ?

You can use Actinics own free trial hosting for the evaluation at http://trials.actinic.com/ to register with them...
