The "Email Us" button brings up the email form but when Send is pressed nothing happens. Can't see what might be causing this. Had similar problem with the cart but resolved this for now by switching off SSL.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Does the site send emails to customers and yourself upon an ordering being received, just as a starting point to see if emails full stop are problems or just the form?

I am receiving confirmation orders to the correct email address so I believe the problem is just with the form itself. When clicking on the send/submit button nothing happens at all, no error message, no try to send. Just sits there looking at me. :confused:

Would expect to see something like:
<FORM METHOD=POST ACTION="http://yourdomain.tld/cgi-bin/mf000001.pl" >
In the contact us page, but it is not there.
Have you customized this page in some way and removed some require information.
Try putting a default one back in from the originals folder and then see if you can get it working from there...

Thanks for taking the time to try and help me on this. As a complete beginner I am so nearly there but these issues are causing me a degree of frustration.
The only changes that have been made is the primary template, no other changes that I am aware of. I am not sure where the original is located. I've looked on the Original Folder but can't find anything that looks right there.
Thanks again for your help.

Please go to 'Design | Options | Layouts' and click 'Edit' next to the 'Default Overall Layout' field. This will bring up a template for editing.
Type NETQUOTEVAR:FORMBEGIN just before where it says
<input type=HIDDEN name=RANDOM value="NETQUOTEVAR:RANDOM">
Then save the template and upload.
That should do it.
