Package and Packing List

Hi,

Sometimes, I have to devise an order in 2, and make 2 packages.
Is it possible to print a packing list for each package? Of course, each packing list will include the details of the items placed in the package.

A packing list can only be used on a downloaded order, or offline order.

Sorry, i don't understand what you mean here, do you mean that you create a backorder?

If the quantities bought are to heigh to be placed in one box, I have to place them in 2 boxes.
For example, the customer purchases 15 articles A, and 25 articles B. I prepare the first box with 15 articles A and 5 articles B. In the second box, I put 20 articles B.
Now, how can I do to print a 1rst packing list with 15 articles A and 5 articles B, and the second packing list with 20 articles B. I want to join with the box 1 the first paking list, and with the second box, the second packing list.

Hi there

I'm afraid you cannot do this with Actinic. Actinic will only print out packing list, from a downloaded order or offline ordering. You cannot selectively print out packages to a packing list.
