After contacting a few of these customers the main reason for the failed transactions seems to be the lack of a banks transfere portal, where people log in to there bank after you website and transfere the money. <br />
<br />
This seems to be because credit cards are not as popular as they are here in the UK.<br />
<br />

<br />
Has anyone had an experience with this kind of transactions before or ideal.nl<br />

Obviously it could be becasue we have also switched payment provider to Elavon through Santandar and they might be the issue. However, using the same card details we can often process the card over the phone through our shop terminal.<br />

I put the &quot;OCCPROTXScriptTemplate&quot; txt file back into the common occ folder where it came from.<br />
<br />
I am using v8.5.3<br />

Now I think the first two are the paypal login details but where does signature come from?<br />

I made a guess and when I select the Paypal Express Icon on the site I get &quot;An error received from PayPal Pro Website Payments. Try again or select a different payment method. The error was: Security header is not valid&quot;<br />
