Web Fusion down!

grr Web Fusion have been down for several hours now, just when I wanted to upload changes to our site, ad campaign in full swing with a good steady flow of orders coming in.

Majority our of sales come through during a weekend and the site is doing nothing. At least we still have e-bay sales coming in.

Hope they can get it fixed before the weekend is done.

Kev

I design and run the site, the actinic web site went live beginning of October and the orders are flooding in

The actual business is about 10 years old, we traded through e-bay for around the past 18 months, always had a website, but not an e-commence one. Looking to move away from e-bay now, logistically running 2 sites together is a nightmare!

You'll have to pop in sometime, small world eh!?

thanks,

Bosworth does look stunning at night with the lights, it's just shame the early investment hasn't been continued. The lights are failing and not being replaced, so therefore the displays are being stretched out more.

FTP is still down as well!

Yes the FTP is driving me crazy. I need to upload some script changes as protx is not working and have people trying to place orders only for the protx payment stage to bomb out.

Dave

yep I know what you mean, I have stock levels to update on very limited stock items, I don't want customers placing orders for items we haven't got!

Just had a look at your site,

We have just replaced our toners on our C530DN lexmark printer, however yours are very much cheaper then our supplier, we'll be in touch when we need to order again

Kev,

Its good to know our prices are keen. Our site is very much on-going with hundreds of products still to load and the design to tweak not to mention the nightmare of marketing it!

Send me an e-mail when you next need to order supplies and I will do you the best price possible!

FTP still down. I have update the original support ticket asking for an updated but have not had a reply.

Maybe support is not 24/7 as we were led to believe?

Regards,

Dave
