contact us page

at present my "contact us" page only contains a basic form for customers to send enquires.

what is the variable i need to call the phone number, company address?

i feel like i am missing something really obvious here but ive checked the advanced user guide and cant find a NETQUOTEVAR that does the job

This is all bundled as INFOTEXT so I think your best bet is to either hardcode the info or create your own custom variable for the info youu want and include that into the template.

ok cheers drounding, i will hardcode it then.

another question regarding the contact us page....

for some reason i am not receiving emails when people use the form built onto the page. where are the settings for the "send" button on the contact us page? im thinking that it must be sending to an old email address the website used to use.

oh right ok, well the email address is correct in my business settings but for some reason i am not recieving emails when using the form.

i did a test and pretended to be a customer. the test address recieved an email back saying "we will be in contact shortly thank for your mail" from the address in business settings but the business settings email address never actually recieved the customers test email....

how wierd is that?

so has anyone got any ideas why i might not be receiving emails written through the contact us page form??

this is getting to be a bit of big issue as i fear customers may be using the form to let us know there customisations to products and we arent receiving there emails!!

any help is much appreciated

Your error file shows this:
Internal Errors = Setup blob version is 25, but only version 24 is supported.

Take a look at this:

Be aware that if you copy any scripts from the Original folder then you will need to reapply any script modifications.
